Terms and Conditions

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.

Replacement for Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or broken, we accept complaints for replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at for any concerns or queries.

Important Points for Returns

  • In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, you should provide us with images and video of the damaged product.
  • Returns are accepted if the products delivered don't match your order.
  • Damaged products in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a refund.
  • Unfortunately, returns for products ordered incorrectly are not accepted.
  • Returns due to a change in prescription are not eligible.
  • Ensure the returned products include the invoice and original packaging.
  • Only fully unopened strips or products qualify for return; partially consumed items do not.

Refund Process

In the cases mentioned above, valid claims will be refunded through bank transfer. If you used store credit, gift vouchers, or promotions for your order, the refund will be in the form of online store credit, redeemable at a later time on
