To qualify for product exchanges, items must be returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original undamaged packaging, subject to the following terms:

- Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in the order's refund value.
